Gina has been a dedicated real estate professional for over two decades. Her passion for real estate ignited in 1986 after she built her first home and successfully sold it as a 'for sale by owner.' By 1994, she had constructed her second home. Inspired by these achievements, she decided to delve deeper into the world of real estate and earned her license in 2002. After serving as a top-performing agent and trainer for several renowned real estate firms, she took the leap and became a Broker in 2016.

Together with her daughter Cristina, who boasts an impressive background in both business/marketing and real estate, they founded Anchor Real Estate of Long Island Inc. in Patchogue Village, NY. Their female-driven brokerage quickly gained traction, and by 2019, Gina was honored with The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce's "Power in Heels" award, celebrating local women who excel in their fields.

Known for her expertise in new construction, interior design, and local condominium communities, Gina stands out for her strong leadership abilities. She's an approachable and involved Broker, praised for her exemplary customer service that has cultivated a vast referral business for her. In 2023, she affiliated with the CENTURY 21 brand, a move that has equipped her with additional resources to elevate the brokerage and enhance her service to both past and prospective clients.
